I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, Isaiah 62:6

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. Ezekiel 33:6,7

When I was a teenager, it seemed almost all Christians were eagerly anticipating the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now, you almost never hear it discussed. Those who verbally acknowledge it, proceed to live as if they do not.

Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. II Peter 3:3-10

As we approach this prophesied end, the opportunity to receive salvation is waning; we are leaving the age of grace and entering the age of judgment. This will become more clear throughout this site as we examine God’s words on the subject.

In every time of judgment, God sends his prophets to call back people to repentance and obedience. (Amos 3:7) It is not a glamorous call, for scripture records the way these spokesmen have been treated. Yet God is faithful; extending grace right up to the last, whether or not it is received. To do this he needs obedient servants who consider their lives to be expendable for Jesus—as he did for us first.

So how did we get here? What has happened to lead us nigh these “days of vengeance”? (Luke 21:22; II Thessalonians 1:8) As in Noah’s time, mankind has grown more and more evil—until it is unbearable to our holy God.

Our enemy launches many different attacks and smokescreens to confuse and deceive. Most of his success has come about through two great deceptions that have swept the world. 1) Evolution  2) Revision of God’s Word. Hand in hand with these go having an antichrist system to effectively distribute and broadcast these lies. All of these are up and running strong in our lives; affecting us deeply in many ways we are often not aware of.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6

We must be diligent to search out the truth and learn; then stand upon the Word of God.

Please read all information prayerfully in the Holy Spirit—He must guide you into the truth (which is God’s Word John 17:17). There is no merit in me to have earned the privilege of being used by God this way. Yet the grace Jesus has shown me, I know he would gladly show to anyone who would receive him.

Night is falling fast upon our world; yet our future salvation looms ever more brightly! Please humble yourselves, seeking restoration to your broken relations with Christ. Time is so very, very short.
