Support the Ministry

Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel. I Corinthians 9:14

God has fit together the body of Christ so that the different members need one another. Please consider with prayer how the Lord would have you support our ministry.

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. I Timothy 5:17,18

This is the ministry we have been called to; laboring in the Word of God and doctrine. Such effort takes time, and we have had to lay aside earthly means of income to do this; in obedience to how the Lord has directed. Please consider contributions through prayer, and depend on the Lord’s leading.

            THREE WAYS TO GIVE

            1) Send a check made out to Andrew Schwankl (in U.S. funds) mailed to the address listed at www.heedthewatchmen.com/contactus.aspx.

            2) Use Paypal. You may click on the link at the bottom of this page.

            3) Western Union. Send to Andrew Schwankl, Ephrata, PA, USA. Then forward the transaction information to us by email or phone 717-738-1890.

Please understand that we are not an official non-profit organization; that means your gifts will not be tax deductible.

While it may be appropriate to take advantage of such a government benefit when available, it is not a Godly criteria for giving. This type of giving, is giving for gain. The Lord will bless you more greatly when you give as He directs, regardless of men’s approval.

And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. Luke 6:34

But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. II Corinthians 9:6,7
