Like the Days of Noah
This warning and status report concerning end times “progress” is being brought to you in Mid-December, 2009.
Brethren in Christ, the time has come that I must perform my duty as a watchman; warning you of the sword coming to our nation and world. I am responsible to share things that I see and know (Luke 12:48), as I will give an account to my Lord for my “stewardship” (Luke 16:10-12) in being a watchman (Ezekiel 3:17-21).
How can I be sure that this dire time is nigh upon us? By faith in God’s Word, and it only, as being complete truth.
Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7
Why do so many believers live in denial? Why are they denying that we can actually recognize this time of the end? The disciples asked Jesus about these things privately (Matthew 24:3), and He told them! Corrupted leaders like Rick Warren are teaching their “flocks” that Jesus said it was “none of their business.” This based on the single verse in Acts 1:7, in which the end times are not being directly addressed. Doesn’t Rick Warren’s Bible have the end time account of Jesus in Matthew, Mark, and Luke? Rick Warren quote is from Deceived on Purpose by Warren Smith, page 145. These tainted teachings are leading the church into a slumber from which many will not awake in time. Yet these teachings do lead to the fulfillment of a particular passage found in II Peter 3:3,4;
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. II Peter 3:3,4
When it comes to the point of Christ’s return, plainly we will see it nearly upon us. All people are being told today is that they can’t know; this also from the isolated words, “…that day and hour knoweth no man…” found in Matthew 24:36, and Mark 13:32. Yet if the context of these words were given, it would look very different. Let’s check out the following passages; bold type is added for emphasis.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled…But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. Matthew 24:32-34…36

The phrase comparing Christ’s coming to “a thief in the night,” is how it will be perceived by those spiritually asleep; this should in no way apply to those who are saved! This is where we get the comparison to the days of Noah, and Lot. Everybody continued on with business as usual, as if life would indefinitely continue. They were spiritually asleep, totally unaware of impending judgment (see Matthew 24:37-39, Luke 17:26-30).
It should be clear to all that believers can know the time of the end, simply not the exact day and hour. But the corrupted teachings (Ephesians 4:29) being given to most in the churches today, is telling them that the Lord’s return is so unknowable, that they shouldn’t bother looking for it. Our right perspective and attitude is reinforced later in the New Testament, in I Thessalonians 5:1-6. Again, bold type is mine.
But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. I Thessalonians 5:1-6
Our focus should instead be on watching and praying. This article is really about what I’ve been seeing on my watch. It is very alarming, but really only serves to confirm the time we are in. Why aren’t more people seeing these things? Yet even when they do see, the events are sloughed off with a shrug, or a rolling of the eyes…
Those eyes ought to be watching! How many times must the Lord say it, for us to obey (Luke 6:46)? Looking at “end times” prophecy again, we find the “watch” word in each of the synoptic gospels (Matthew—Mark—Luke).
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. Matthew 24:42
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. Mark 13:33-37
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36
Now that we’ve Biblically established that we can know, and that we should watch, what is coming into view? Jesus obviously wanted us to know that we are in the time of the end!
Clues to this time are beginning to converge. There has not been another era like this in history, nor will there be any later on. We only have the here and now to call it right. Identifying this era is essential to our Christian lives. By knowing this, it can help to explain what we encounter; and it also tells us how we should behave ourselves in these circumstances.
Probably 30 years ago, the movie; 2001: A Space Odyssey was a big hit. This film was taken from the book by Arthur C. Clarke. In the book, 2010 is a big year. “Something wonderful” was about to happen. That something was the planet Jupiter developing into a star—a second sun for our solar system. This new star brought light and peace to the people of the earth. In the book, this new star is named Lucifer! Was this book kind of an evil prophecy? Things are headed that way, for sure. I tend to think that 2010 is a little early for the unveiling of the antichrist, though not by much. Once this “son of perdition” is revealed, he will only have 42 months (3½ years) in power. It could be hard to tell exactly when that time would begin, especially if he is already active as a world leader. And 42 months should be viewed as approximate, rather than precise, since the Bible doesn’t call it a precise time.
Has anyone heard of the Mayan Calendar? It is very suggestive of an apocalyptic turn of events. The Mayan calendar is calculated by the stars, and shows a turn of ages every few thousand years or so. The last changing of ages as noted by their calendar brought with it the Genesis flood. Yes, this is a serious piece of work!
December 21st, 2012 is the end of this “cycle” and the beginning of the next. Mankind is to enter a great age of peace and prosperity; yet the transition time period will be marked by great upheaval, on a scale comparable to the flood. Watch carefully all the events unfolding near to this date (even now). Many take it seriously, and may even “work” to make history concur with it. I think these Mayan astronomers were on to something!
Those planning our world government are working diligently behind the scenes. Through treaties, and executive orders our nation’s sovereignty (ability to make its own choices) is being stripped; while at the same time giving government more power to control the population (freedoms being stolen).
An example of this serious, long-term commitment to this process can be found with the World Constitution and Parliament Association. This organization has been shaping the structure for “The Federation of Earth” since 1959; yes, for 50 years it has been formally working for this goal, but it’s true beginnings easily reach back to 1776. Another group dedicated to world government is Freemasonry. For most of its members, as well as the public at large, the Freemasons (or Masons) pose as a civic organization which promote good and needful causes. This is a deliberate ruse so that the activities of the Masonic elite can remain unnoticed. Over the centuries these men have worked diligently behind the scenes for a new world order.
To achieve this goal, they believe that the “old world” way of doing things must be destroyed, and then the new will rise from the ashes. Like the mythological bird, the phoenix. By the way, the phoenix is the bird of “inspiration” that you will find on your VISA card! Through wars, genocide, and revolutions the hierarchy of masonry intends to first destroy our society, and then rebuild its own. How will they do this? Most could barely conceive of the depth of their commitment, or the scope of their plans…
War is the main tool implemented. From the late 1800’s, Albert Pike (Masonry leader in North America) announced a series of wars planned for the world. The purpose of these wars is to undermine mankind’s confidence in the present forms of government; making them eager for a world government, to provide peace and safety for all.
All of the major wars over the last 100 years have been on that agenda set forth by Pike; there is only one that is yet to come, folks—World War III. This could happen at virtually any moment now.
Today’s nation of Israel was also planned by the Masons. It was a crucial piece of the puzzle, for Israel’s very presence in the Middle East produces great strife! And now, even western troops are present in the Muslim area, producing still greater unrest. Revelation 9:13-19 tells us about World War III. It appears from the prophecy that China will be involved, because of the reference to the 200 million man army (verse 16). Even 40 years ago, China boasted that it could bring forth this large of a force!
You will notice, I hope, that one-third part of men are to be slain (verse 15). These kind of numbers seem only possible from a nuclear exchange; which also may be what’s being described in verses 17-19! The people behind these schemes do not care about human life; we are merely objects to be used in achieving their goals. After such incredible destruction, wouldn’t you be ready for a change which promises peach? Mankind will, and I believe it is at this time antichrist will rise up and take power “…and by peace shall destroy many…”—from Daniel 8:25.

These things I have been studying about for years, and watching as more and more is being fulfilled. I have not addressed much regarding prophecy on our website before this; so why haven’t I, and what has made me start at this time?
In starting the website, there was much to bring forth in a fairly short time. It is far more crucial to be grounded in the Word of God, and be Spirit-led, than to be speculative about what might happen. While God’s Word is sure, and its prophecies are also sure, the specifics regarding their fulfillment can only be sure after it has happened. We will have much tribulation in this world (John 16:33, Acts 14:22), even without the end-time occurrences. God’s Word and Holy Ghost will prepare us for whatever might occur. Thus my initial focus has come in these more “basic” areas. See Ephesians 6:10-17; II Timothy 3:16,17; Hebrews 4:12; I John 2:27.
At this time, however, the Lord is prompting me to share what I’ve learned; both from the Bible, and the world at large. There are many who know of these conspiratorial plans who are not saved at all, but still have eyes to see! And the Lord has now begun to give me dreams, 2 of which pertain to our coming world crisis.
In the first dream I am in Boston (my main residence from 1980-88), trying to get home to Jamie via the Subway, and it is dark. It seems I am returning after a day’s work, maybe 6 p.m. On the way I get into a brief snowball fight with kids; I also recall walking over broken ice. I hear 2 teenage girls talking; at first, the talk is somewhat confused, and there is mention of a bombing in the desert. Then I can clearly hear them saying that the Eiffel Tower has been bombed. I’m trying to call home for Jamie, but the communication is disrupted—looks like others are also having a problem with their phones. A service voice breaks through on the phone, helping mine to work again. So I begin to call Jamie; the phone is starting to ring for her, and as I begin to wake up the song “Get Ready” begins playing in my mind.
Without making a dogmatic interpretation, this is how it seems to me; there will be a terrorist attack on the Eiffel Tower, and probably an Arab country will be blamed (likely Iran). The bombing in the desert is the beginning of war. It will be winter still, and from the darkness I would take it to be prior to March (before daylight savings time here in America). Communication lines are taken over by government as the crisis begins. I really do not know if it will be during this winter, or one of the next 2. It’s doubtful to be beyond that, from the urgency of “Get Ready.”
The 2nd dream begins with an emotional farewell to a couple who are good friends of mine. As I am leaving, I’m explaining why I have to go—that things would soon get bad. Just as I am saying this, we hear the noise of a distant explosion, and see the glow of the fire. I said, “see—it’s starting already.” In going to leave, I am boarding a ship. The crew does not speak English, but an official-looking woman interprets for us. She tells them to let us board, that we are authorized to get on (Jamie is around, but I only glimpse her while boarding). Once on the ship, I am seated next to a reporter with a laptop computer. He shows me footage of a Muslim extremist attack on an oil refinery. The reporter says it was a coordinated attack on refineries throughout the country. End of dream.
An attack on oil refineries in America would be devastating! This nation runs on oil. Escaping by boat might be necessary; plane flights would be shut down after such an event. It also might be safer in another country; hence, the language barrier. In my waking life, there are also indications that the Lord might be leading us overseas.
Today, many people are counting on the “any-moment-rapture” of the church, and counting on it before things “get very bad.” I used to be one of those people! But several years ago the Lord enlightened me to the truth of His Word. Not according to what many great “Christian” leaders where saying the Bible meant; but what it actually says. In short, the rapture will occur just prior to the battle of Armageddon. That battle is the culmination of God’s judgment against rebellious mankind. Believers will be spared from that! In other words, the rapture will be at the end of this tribulation; not before, and not mid-way through. The foundation scripture for this is Luke 17:26-37. But please look also at the related articles, The Rapture, and The Israel of God.
In this passage in Luke 17, verses 27 & 29 each show that Noah and Lot were rescued the same day that judgment fell. Will there be more clues found, as to rapture time? Luke 21:20 shows us that Jerusalem will be surrounded with armies; in verse 21 Jesus tells them then to flee because of what’s about to happen. Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:14 tell us that when the antichrist enters the temple in Jerusalem, that those nearby had better run—and not look back.
Back in Luke 17, verses 34-36 describe the rapture taking place. The disciples ask, where they will be taken to? Jesus’ answer indicates that they will be in the air; like birds of carrion circling over dead bodies! This passage in Luke is really clear, brethren. Only men’s teachings get it confused. No, we can’t know the exact day and hour; but the Lord gives us information which narrows it down pretty well. For your convenience, here’s the passage;
And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together. Luke 17:26-37
Next, we will look at the financial aspect of world government that are coming together. In truth, it is the wealthy elite who are financing the crucial plans that will make it all possible. One day we will be eye-witnesses to the truth of I Timothy 6:10; “For the love of money is the root of all evil…”. About 300 wealthy Zionistic Jewish families are dictating events to the rest of us. These own the banking establishments of the world, and that includes our own Federal Reserve. That’s right, folks! Since late 1913, government money has been owned and operated by a private monopoly of banks! No nation should ever find itself in such a mess…
The world will be officially divided into 10 economic regions; these are the ten horns spoken of in Daniel 7, and Revelation 12, and 17. Many already know that we’ve been assigned to the North American Union; to be joined with Canada and Mexico, borders erased! Preliminary discussions for this transition have been held back in 2005.
Earlier this year, President Obama went to the G20 summit in Europe; officially ceding away control of America’s financial system to a special foreign committee. The leader of this group lives in Rome! This is significant, Biblically. It’s been generally accepted from Daniel that the last “empire”, that of the antichrist, will be as a revived, former empire (Daniel 2:31-45, 7:3-24). Revelation helps us to see which former kingdom that was; the Roman Empire. The whore of Revelation, also known as the beast, or antichrist, is described in Revelation 17. Rome is traditionally known to be the “city on seven hills,” which we find in verse 9. So when President Obama gave back financial control to this group based in Rome, it fulfilled a significant prophecy!
FOX news was the only network to report on what Obama actually did at this G20 meeting; now you know why there has been such a fallout between FOX and the president!
Right now, even while writing this article, another significant step toward world government is being undertaken at the so-called “climate” talks in Copenhagen. There is no science supporting the contention of a climate crisis, and the agreement (treaty) being undertaken certainly will not aid the environment in any way! This treaty is about re-distributing wealth world-wide; it is global communism.
Without approval from congress or the American people, our president will sign a treaty that will destroy our prosperity and sovereignty. It will cause the continued flow of industry leaving this country, and no environment will be helped.
Gerald Celente is the president of the Trends Research Institute, and is respected for his accurate investment forecasts—this man knows a thing or two about finance and the economy! As far as I can tell, he is not a follower of Christ.
By 2012, Mr. Celente is predicting a collapsed economy. Food riots will begin, and “tent cities” will begin springing up in places across America. There will come a common world currency base, in 3 or 4 denominations (such as the Euro, the European “dollar”). Gold will be used as the base of this system. Because of the tremendous world debt vs. gold supply, the value of gold could soar to $10,000 or more per ounce—yet still only compensating for about 20% of the debt. Now you know why so many are pushing to buy gold!
As I said, I don’t believe Mr. Celente to be a Christian. His research, and predictions thereby are meant to advise others in how to profit. He is predicting this collapse, and coming world government without a bias toward Biblical prophecies! Brethren, get ready; it is time to found your spiritual house upon the rock (Psalms 127:1, Matthew 7:24-27)!
Any up and coming world government is bound to meet with opposition of some sort. It is therefore necessary to prepare for this conflict ahead of time; to be able to quell resistance as early as can possibly be done.
The media is the first tool, a “passive” tool. Control what news is being broadcast, and the public can be deceived. News also has the tendency to portray even positive causes in a negative light (Isaiah 5:20). Thus verbal abuses may be heaped upon Christian protesters, and they will often be categorized as fanatical, or ignorant. The media holds an immeasurable impact on how we view “reality.”
Distractions are also produced by the media, especially television, which greatly promote sex and sports to preoccupy our attention. Brethren, we must get away from television as much as possible! But the internet can also be a real time-waster; we know that it can be used very constructively, but Jesus must also be the Lord of our computer time. It’s an easy trap to fall into!
Surveillance has become a key focus for governments worldwide. Sometimes the surveillance is visual, sometimes it only tracks our location. It is necessary for our coming world government to keep “tabs” on everyone; to address problem dissidents as soon as possible.
We can be traced via computers, cars, and cell phones. Cameras are popping up everywhere, hidden and otherwise. Many government programs really have surveillance as a hidden agenda; the digital TV conversion is one, and the “cash for clunkers” is another. The digital conversion is straight surveillance through hidden cameras. The other is less obvious…
Cash for clunkers is a government program whereby you can trade in your old car (a “clunker”) and receive $4500 credit toward a new car. Sounds good, right? But the clunker that you have traded in is still a functioning vehicle—what will happen to it? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if someone who needs a car could use it? Well, that will never happen! Instead, a substance is poured into the engine, after the oil is drained. This substance destroys the engine of the car, making it inoperable. Why? All new cars have tracking devices—this program will help to eliminate a good number of otherwise “untraceable” vehicles!
Yet what good would any enforcement method be, without prisons? Over the past several decades, government has been quietly building the concentration camps they need. Some of these have gas chambers, capable of terminating thousands of people per day! We actually ran across this while my wife worked for a company that was producing and supplying gas boilers to the government for at least one of these camps. We found it at http://www.bcrevolution.ca/concentration_camps.htm, but later found other sites.
We also found testimonies from those encountering truckloads of guillotines (for beheading). The Bible alludes to this type of martyrdom in Revelation 20:4! But there is also a practical side; organ harvesting. Of all execution methods, beheading is the best for not damaging the rest of the body; so that it can be used for other purposes.
Yes, concentration camps are already in place right here, and in big numbers! I believe our “benevolent” new world order will call these re-education camps; allegedly to help people to change their mindsets, and adjust. Yet it in all honesty, it would not be financially profitable to do much in the way of trying to help! It will be far easier to kill someone, in order to silence that voice of dissent.
Actual troops, though, are serious business. There have been numerous sightings of foreign troops, foreign military equipment, and specific United Nations forces here in the United States. Usually these are active on military bases “off the beaten path,” bases which were supposedly no longer in use. Those filming activities on these “inactive” bases are rather quickly discouraged from doing so, once discovered. President Clinton signed an executive order which actually puts our military under the U.N.’s direction, whenever they so choose. The American people would not like this, and so we are not told! It does make you wonder about troop deployments by our soldiers. Are the causes real, or created to convince us? Executive orders need no approval from congress, or the citizens.
Our own troops have also been deployed here, however—the regular army. The 3rd infantry, 1st Brigade Combat Team was recalled from Iraq and assigned in the homeland; training focuses on civil unrest, and quelling such disturbances. Why? You took this substantial Army force away from an active warzone and assigned them at home, to be trained for American civilian disturbances? What do they know about what is to come? Why would you use regular Army forces, unless you were planning for martial law? It is actually unconstitutional to use the military in such a way, but the government is well beyond heeding the constitution!
Yet there is a very crucial element that must be dealt with decisively; that is the religions of mankind. Countless conflicts have arisen over the centuries; from people actively living their faith, to those who will not tolerate disagreement or opposition on any level. How do you satisfy billions of individuals who are so diverse in their beliefs? How do you prevent them from carrying out actions that they believe are orders from God? It is an issue that must be dealt with both by great subtlety, yet with a strong hand.
The first step toward a world religion has been coming through the passing of laws. These laws would still allow for each person to have their own faith; as long as it is kept to themselves! For the Christian, this means no witnessing. You will not legally be able to tell someone that Jesus is the only way, or where their “faith” falls short, or that they are lost in sin, needing to be saved through Christ to receive eternal life. To do so is being categorized as a “hate” crime, using “hateful” speech.
Frankly, brethren, many of these laws are already in place. At the moment, allowances for free speech often offset criminal penalty for such—though many times after long and expensive legal wrangling. Yet soon, greater laws will be passed that will limit our “free speech” to eliminate what someone else has determined to be “hateful.” During a European visit to an alleged holocaust site, President Obama made this declaration; that “anyone who denies the holocaust is being hateful.” I sure hope you can see big problems with this kind of reasoning! It can not be “hateful” to question whether or not an historical event actually happened—that is merely a study of factual history, and of being able to verify the different accounts that are given. Obama said these things to please those who put him into office, but the statement itself falls well short of the true intelligence our leader actually has; he is a very smart individual!
In essence therefore, the various religions will all be equal to each other in value, once they have laid aside their differences for the “greater good” of world peace and unity. This pluralism is espoused on many fronts, in differing ways. Masonry pushes the idea that every religion really worships the same God. New age teachings promote pantheism; the belief that everything is actually a part of God. Even the Catholic Pope will accept great varieties of “faith”, so long as they reverence him as Christ’s representative on earth. In accordance with this, we have also been told of the revision of the NIV (New International Version) which will be published in 2011. I guess 30 years ago wasn’t “today” enough! This Bible version, like every version but the KJV, relies on the corrupted manuscripts used for the Catholic Bible.
It is also sad to see “purpose-driven” movement church leader Rick Warren embracing not only Catholicism, but also many other world religions as being acceptable expressions of faith in God. During this downward spiral, Warren is being quite forthright about his views; whereas Billy Graham in his time, was more covert (See Billy Graham and His Friends by Cathy Burns; also, Deceived on Purpose by Warren Smith). By far, most of the compromised positions I have seen regarding Rick Warren have been through regular on-line news articles!
Historically, Biblically, it is the Catholic church that is identified with the religion of antichrist. Hitler was a good Catholic, lauded by the pope in his time; for this reason many then believed Hitler to be the antichrist, and the pope to be the false prophet by his side. This thinking again reflects the idea that Satan’s antichrist will be some outwardly villainous person; the truth is actually the exact opposite! The antichrist will destroy through peace, and convince a war-weary world that the millennium of Christ has come! Most “evangelical” churches are ready and willing to be assimilated into such a “body.”
Revelation 17 gives us our criteria for regarding the Catholic institution in this evil role which I have suggested. Please remember that individual Catholics are loved by God, and He longs for them to repent. Every one of us would be deceived and lost, without God’s intervening mercy. Now here is our scriptural list.
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. Revelation 17:1,2
First, we see this entity as “the great whore”; or “the whore of Revelation.” It is known this way for the perverse agreements it has made with the “kings of the earth.” The Vatican is actually a nation; and it has negotiated treaties with every other nation on earth! In countries like Spain or Italy, if a Catholic Priest has left their faith he is not allowed to work, according to law.
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: Revelation 17:4
Here we find the colors of the Vatican flag, purple and scarlet. And the wealth of this papal state cannot be denied; it is easily able to turn those riches into a weapon, by swaying economies world-wide.
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Revelation 17:5
Much has been speculated about the meaning of “MYSTERY, BABYLON” down through the years. A lot of it sounds plausible; but the overall description in this chapter leaves only the Catholic church as the culprit. Catholicism practices the religion of ancient Babylon—worship of the sun god. In the founding of Catholicism, names from the Christian faith were transplanted into the main religion of the Roman Empire at that time. This helped the modified “Christian” faith to gain widespread acceptance, as it became the official state religion of the empire. You’ll see also in this verse that the “whore” is described as the “mother of abominations.” In fighting for its dogmas, the Vatican has founded and supported many evil organizations to further its aims. This includes their own Office of Inquisitions; reported to have taken over 60 million lives between 1200-1800 A.D.
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. Revelation 17:6
Over the centuries, Catholicism has traditionally killed the true followers of Christ. Especially near its beginnings, believers with Bible manuscripts were hunted in order to prevent “protests” against the church of Rome. The “whore” has indeed been, “drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.”
And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. Revelation 17:9
This is the verse alluding to the geographical location of the whore; the “seven mountains” of a revived world empire; a new Roman Empire.
And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. Revelation 17:15
It is explained here that the “many waters” of verse one is a reference to many people. There are approximately one billion Catholics in the world today, with many more still in compliance with them! With all this description combined, a picture of the Vatican becomes clear. This is not mere speculation; it is the Bible’s description combined with history. References to the false prophet are found in Revelation 13:11-17, 19:20, & 20:10. Truthfully, the last pope could be either of these, the antichrist or false prophet. Time will tell!
Over the years I have heard different groups alluding to the fact that their “messiah” has come, but is staying out of the public eye until mankind is ready. I know that the Jews (not messianic) are working to prepare the world for the time that he comes forth. Former Druid Lance Collins was privy to a communication in which it was said that the antichrist had been found—this was early in the 1970’s. Author Warren Smith tells us that the New Age messiah’s name is Maitreya; he is living here with us now, waiting to come forward (Reinventing Jesus Christ: The New Gospel). From the time given of these revelations, along with other details, it would potentially put the antichrist between ages 45-55.
Many are the speculations about who the antichrist might turn out to be; I think the world will be “taken by storm,” so to speak. It is my opinion, and it can only be an opinion, that the antichrist is not a figure in the public eye right now. I suppose its something in the wording of II Thessalonians 2:1-12. In this “last days” prophecy section, it keeps speaking of the antichrist, that he will be revealed; as if he will be hidden, until the time of his power. He is referred to as “that man of sin”, and “the son of perdition” in verse 3; and as “that wicked” in verse 8. Let’s look at this passage right now; my own bold print is added for emphasis.
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. II Thessalonians 2:1-12
Doesn’t this sound like one who is at least “behind the scenes”, and not generally known to the world at large? It would also help him to sell himself to the world as its messiah, if that world hadn’t long experience with him. Just look at how those that knew Jesus in His “hometown” treated Him (Luke 4:17-29)! For reasons such as this, the devil will likely keep his masterpiece under cover until the time is right. He will also be of Jewish lineage, or thought to be, for the Jews will believe that their long-awaited messiah has come.
We also find that the 666 mark of the beast (Revelation 13:16-18) is showing up subtly, and in more places. The most pertinent one that I know of is in an 18-digit identity code which is being given to every person in the world; a process begun 30 years ago. The first 3 numbers of this code are 666. It is also hidden alphabetically in your Visa card, and in binary code within most products’ upc code. The grain of rice microchip will carry this information and be implanted under the skin of the hand or forehead—a few areas of the country are already using this technology.
Then what about the image of the beast that is created, which is given life by the false prophet (Revelation 13:14,15)? Some have speculated that it may be a hologram, or perhaps even a clone. But why should we have to explain things? We already know that Satan is powerful to perform inexplicable miracles, and this image will be made at a time when the devil’s power is greatest.
Yet it is worship that the devil really wants; this goes hand-in-hand with receiving the mark. We find referrals to worshipping the antichrist in Revelation 13:15, 14:9,11. And yet it still sounds as if God is calling men to repentance in Revelation 14:6,7. Thank God for His mercy!
Skeptics will no doubt ask, “If what you say is true, why is it all taking so long to develop?” That’s a fair question, but there are good answers to it. First of all, God is longsuffering toward mankind, wanting all to come to repentance (II Peter 3:3,4,9). He has obstructed Satan’s plans many, many times; giving us all a greater opportunity to seek Him in a right relationship.
It is also certain that to carry out a world takeover requires great planning. You must work to change people’s hearts and minds, so that the great majority of them will embrace this new way of doing things. History has shown that you will not be able to conquer and hold an empire by military force alone. Successful empires know how to integrate conquered people into their system.
Many pieces have to be put in place to assure a smooth transition; at least, as smooth as possible! By addressing the issues of religion and finance, you will have quelled a great source of resistance.
Significant opposition to these changes will happen, so that must also be prepared for. You can spot problem areas through tracking and surveillance, and then having adequate detention facilities to separate the dissidents. It is also important to control the media, because you must keep your plans from gaining widespread attention. Moving surely but subtly takes time! The right technology also had to be in place, and that also took time to develop. Remember that those planning this worldwide coup have been doing so for over 230 years! We are witnesses only to the climax of these plans.
As believers, it is important for us to watch and pray. Though things may be very painful to live through, our eternal reward is moving within reach. We have hope. We are saved through the blood of the Lamb! Jesus will soon be receiving us unto Himself, and wipe every tear from our eyes (Revelation 7:17, 21:4).
Pray about what to do, before being “careful” to form your own plan (Philippians 4:6). God’s direction will be different for each one. We are ultimately to depend solely upon our creator in faith. But here is the practical;
1) Simplify your life; cut secular ties. Services like television are often big expenses. Club memberships should go, subscriptions, etc.
2) Pay down debt; pay it off, lose the many credit cards. Don’t buy cars on a loan, and get by without a car as much as possible. You’ll be surprised at what is possible!
3) Keep a stock of non-perishable food and water; try for one month’s supply. If you can plant a vegetable garden, do so. Survival gear is also suggested.
4) Invest in gold. If you can, keep a few ounces in reserve; mostly gold coins, prior to 1965. Our dollar is about to be seriously devalued, and gold prices will soar. Can you get by with only one car? Sell the other one, invest it in gold (this is not for wealth, but survival. Matthew 6:19).
Here on earth, we have no continuing city (Hebrews 13:14); it’s time to lay it all down for the Lord—are you ready?

This book is promoting a “new vision” which will greatly aid in uniting the faiths of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. These 3 faiths represent approximately 3 billion people! Will this book be used in “birthing” the coming world religion? Is it a coincidence that an NIV revision is also coming out shortly? We all know the answer to that!
Even from the advertising I can see Biblical problems for true believers. These 3 major religions have the Old Testament in common; their treatment of Christ is another matter! This book is just another sign of the times, so it needed to be mentioned. This book also promotes as significant the date of 12/21/2012, spoken of previously right here.
The three religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are antagonistic to other “faiths.” They are each exclusive, whereas a main religion such as Buddhism is not. Buddhism is compatible to many faiths, well in line with the pantheism of new age thinking.
